Price List & Services
At the MOOSER Living – The Penthouse a minimum stay of seven nights (Saturday to Saturday) is required. All rates are based on up to 6 guests and quoted per night & in €uro.
Information
The rates include VAT and taxes as well as one parking space*, WIFI in the entire property and housekeeping once per week (cleaning & changeover on Wednesdays). The local tax of 5,00 € per person and night is not included in the rates and will be charged on top. All guests can expect a lovely welcome greeting at arrival.
Check-In & Check-Out: Regular check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Pre-payment: Please note that a pre-payment of 100% is required to fix the booking.
Credit Cards: AMEX, Visa Card, Mastercard and Maestro are accepted.
Additional cleaning and more parking spaces on request at extra cost.
Cancellation policy
- Ninety (90) days to thirty (30) days prior to arrival = 40% of the full reservation value
- Twenty-nine (29) days to seven (7) days prior to arrival = 70% of the full reservation value
- Less than seven (7) days prior to arrival = 90 % of the full reservation value
- No shows, delayed arrivals or earlier departures = 100% of the full reservation value

At MOOSER Living you get everything you wish for and more: we organize transfers, ski instructors and ski passes - and offer the best insider tips for lunch on the slopes or dinner in the village of St. Anton am Arlberg. Whatever it is, we are at your side with our expertise and years of hospitality experience. On Wednesdays we clean the entire accommodation and change all towels and linen for you. If you would like to book additional cleaning, we offer this for an additional charge of € 150 per day.
When you arrive at The Penthouse, you can directly access through the garage by elevator. You will then find a little culinary welcome surprise inside the accommodation.

Additional cleaning service and change-over
The Penthouse is cleaned every Wednesday and all towels and linen will be changed. If you want to book additional cleaning service, we are pleased to offer this for a surcharge of 150 € per day.
